Our websites have been migrated to a new server some months ago. Now the contact forms are not working, they look like they work but the mail never arrives. I assume it is a server side problem but I need to know what it is so that I can approach the hosting provider and tell them what they have to do as they are not so proactive.
We have tried using WP Mail SMTP to send the mail instead of the PHP option but with only limited sucess
