enfold contact form with WP SMTP and Contact Form 7

Hi

I have got myself in a muddle.

Problem: I used the default avia contact form in the theme to create a contact me form on ‘CONTACT’ page and some ‘getting to know you’ forms on FORM page, they say sent successfully but nothing was arriving in inbox or spam at my hosted email account or personal yahoo account (added as a secondary mailbox in my host for all mail)

Solutions tried: I am guessing my way through this, I’m just a basic user not a developer! As per advice to others on this forum, I tried
1. resetting my password. But the ‘forgot your password link’ is somehow page not found error. So can’t test that the WP site sends emails.
2. testing if the email link I add to FAQ page i.e. (Email address hidden if logged out) arrives. It does, at my hosted email and personal yahoo email.
3. adding the contact form 7 plugin. I simply used the sample one included with the plugin and added the link to my contact page. It is still there for you to see. Email was sent with confirmation but email didn’t arrive in inbox (until I added the WP SMTP plugin)

4. Added the WP SMTP plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smtp/ it took some guess work and trial and error but I got it working by using my personal yahoo email credentials (see private content) and tested sending the original avia forms and the test contact 7 form – putting my yahoo, gmail, and hotmail accounts in the ‘your email’ field on the forms. They all said successfully sent but arrived with varying results – see Issues.

Issues after contact 7 form and wp smtp plugins added:
1. original avia ‘contact’ form on contact page doesn’t arrive at any email account (hosted or my yahoo).
2. the avia getting to know you newborn form DOES arrive at yahoo and hosted account (yay!)
3.the test contact form 7 arrives at my personal yahoo account only.

Ultimately, I need all forms to arrive.
So I need your help to either get ALL my avia forms working, or forget them and use contact 7 form and help me get the contact 7 forms sent to arrive at my hosted email account (Email address hidden if logged out) . (see private details I got from my host page, hoping you can tell me what to put in which fields on the smtp setup)
