    Hi as the title says, the contact form does not send e-mails. This happened a few times now on different sites. I deactivated all plugins (Exept for SMTP). When i try contact form 7 it works instandly. I cant figure out why it does not work with the enfold forms. Please feel free to take a look at it.

    Have you tried contacting your host to see if they can identify any possible server conflicts that may be happening specifically with the Enfold form?

    Hi Shannon, if you reffer to the php error log, there are no entrys. So it seems that there are no troubles. i also checked the chrome console, which did not help :(

    Only thing i noticed is, that the php version is rather old. Its still running PHP Version 5.5.9 maybe it has something to do with this? What do you think?

    So let me upgrade to 5.6.X and i will report back.

    The use of any SMPT plugin is highly recommended. Let us know how it worked out.

    Hi Victoria, i use an SMTP Plugin on all of my sites.
    As i stated, CF7 works like a charm, Enfold Contact Form not.

    Update: Ive updated the Server to php 7.1.x, everything is runnign fine, still e-mails from CF7 are working instandly, while the enfold contact-form-e-mails are not arriving :(

    The sing is the enfold contact form is a lot easyerto configure, and it looks much better. Any help would be highly appreciated.

    Let me know if i can do anything to help resolvoing this issue

    That can happen based on the mail function that we are using.
    I have reconfigured WPSMTP for you, let me know if works now, I run a test and I have received it.

    Hi Basilis, what have you changed?
    Unfortunatelly its still the same for me. CF7 works, enfold doesnt, i double checked the mailaddress and the spamfolder. :(

    Maybe i just switch to CF7 and style it accordingly, as my custommer needs it working within the next few days.

    Hi,

    If you enable CF7, there should be the styling there by default from us.
    Test it and if you have issueswith styling we will be more than happy to help as the issue of the form is because of an issue we cant understand.

    thanks, i just took me some time but now i am very happy with the looks of the CF7 Version. I also dont understand the issue there, seems to be very strange…
