Hi, just recently the contact form is no longer sending e-mails to admin/recipient from SOME of the sites I have Enfold. Works fine on some, not at all on others. All of them running lateset version of Enfold (3.6.1) and latest version of WP
Once the contact form is filled in, it neither sends the auto-reply northe the message to the receiving email address.
All sites install at the same hosting provider.
Please advise. Link to working/not working pages in Private Content

VinayJune 27, 2016 at 12:07 pm #653748The fix does not solve the problem. It is also possible to get contact forms from other themes to send mail,
My hosting provider claims the PHP version of Enfold is too old. They block all PHP versions older than 5.5Only reason some of the sites are still working, is that they have not yet updated these webhotels.
Is Enfold running an older version than PHP 5.5 ??

I’m sorry but not sure what you mean by this. Are you referring to the php functions? Enfold are not using any deprecated php functions. It should be compatible with the latest version of php up to version 7.
Best regards,
