    Please can somebody assist with a solution to why my contact form is not working. I have followed the instructions to setup the contact form page and it still doesn’t show correctly. All you see on my page is Send us mail and then the submit button. None of the Name, E-mail etc.. blocks are visible. Please help

    You are using an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version, 3.2.3, please?
