Hello. In the contact form there is some validation for a phone number (no letters allowed, for example). However, I could enter only three numbers, or thirteen, and the message will send. Is it supposed to work that way? I suppose for an international customer base the quantity of numbers in a phone number could be variable. In the U.S. it’s usually 7 or 10.

We can not control that because each number is different and based on user country.
What we can suggest, is use a different solution like wpforms or ninja forms, to make it happen with a conditional tag and like what you want.Cheers!
