    Hi
    We are using Enfold 3.8

    When we create a text page and put the contact form on the bottom, once the form is setup up and save. It looks ok when you view it in your browser, but when you go back to edit anything on that page, the contact form reverts back to it’s default setting.

    We have tried this on 4 different pages and get the same result.

    Just to give you an update:

    If we create a new page with just the contact form on it, it works fine. as soon as we add a text box and save it, then view it, it looks fine, but when we edit the page and save it, the contact form goes back to it’s default config.

    Hi There

    I have the problem with contact form too.
    It’s work with the builder, but when i test it, it the content does not sent to the receiver email. So the Form content does not deliver to the target email.

    Please try the steps provided here http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails/

    If you still have any issue Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hi,

    We also found out that the issue was with Cloudflare, we tried the suggestion from the other thread and found the contact form then worked.

    we also found if you delete the Cloudflare setting recommended in the thread and clear the Cloudflare cache, and delete the WordPress page with the form on it. then recreate a new page with the form, it still works, a bit odd. maybe Cloudflare learns from the last events.
