How was the menu on the left of this page created? (Architecture, Big Projects, Construction , etc…)

Please add nested subpages to your page and when you choose to display a sidebar on your page, it will automatically appear. Please make sure that you have checked “Page Sidebar navigation” in Enfold theme options > Sidebar Settings

I also figure out how to make a widget and a custom menu which worked very similar. It requires more work but I kind of like being able to create a title over the subpages.

I had a couple of other questions. I added the subpages which look great but I wanted to add a light background shading similar to the Construction Demo and I noticed the Sidebar border is going into my menu at the top. See http://systemcenter.com/products/architectural-walls/
Is there also a way to add a title above the subpages?

I also noticed the entire page reloads when I click on the subpage in the sidebar and doesn’t only load the content like it does in the Construction Demo. Any reason why?
