    Hello,
    I am receiving reports from our hosting company that Enfold is not compatible with the new roll out of php. Can you assist please and let me know how to solve this issue?

    Hi bauchope,

    We do not update the Layer Slider code ourselves, hopefully, the plugin devs will make an update soon.

    You can write to the Layer Slider support too.

    I will check with layer Slider but can you confim to me that the updated Enfold will be compatible with the php updates?

    I have double checked and layer slider is not activated. If this is causing an issue with the new php is there a way to remove layerslider completely from the site?

    Is there some code you can supply to do this.

    it’s not something I ever use so is there a way to remove this from Enfold?

    Hi Kim,

    Enfold is compatible with php7.2.

    You can deactivate Layer Slider

    Advanced Layerslider

    If the code is not running and the Layer Slider is not used, you can ignore the warning. It’s about some code that is there but never runs.

    If you’re not using Layer Slider, you can deactivate it. Here is how to do it:
