Good Afternoon Support
For some reason I cannot get commenting to work with this one specific client. I have tried everything and I am at a complete loss. Are you able to poke around and see what this could be? I have the info int he private section below.

Thank you for the inquiry.
The settings within the Settings > Discussion panel seem to be correct. We also activated the Comments and Discussion metabox for posts and confirmed that the Allowed comments option is enabled. Have you tried temporarily disabling any plugins to see if that resolves the issue?

I have and for the life of me I can’t figure out this issue. I reverted the version of WordPress, even took off the Enfold theme and used the blog theme and I cannot seem to get it to work. Since non of that works do you have a commenting plugin that you recommend that works great with the theme? They want commenting turned on.

We figured this out so out the box settings (which normally work ) there was a setting to turn off commenting after 14days. Once we unchecked that from the discussion section the commenting are popped up.Just wanted to let you know incase that ever happens again. We can close this task.
