When setting a column link within the Advance Layout Builder (1/2 Column) to youtube url (using format: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XXXXXXXXXXX), the link just goes straight to youtube.com instead of launching in a lightbox like everything else. How do I get it to launch in a lightbox?

You need to add the &iframe=true to the link. Please let us know if this works for you.
