    Liebes Support-Team,
    ich habe im letzten Monat ehrenamtlich für einen Verein eine Webseite fast fertig erstellt. In zwei Tagen sollte die neue Webseite eigentlich online gehen. Leider haut was mit dem Events Calendar Version 4.9.6 nicht mehr hin. Der Veranstaltungskalender lief bis dato einwandfrei. Jetzt lassen sich zwar neue Veranstaltungen anlegen, das Datum wird allerdings nicht gesichert. Gibt es Konflikte mit dem API Code von Google? Was kann ich tun?
    Bitte um eine schnelle Antwort. 1000 Dank.

    Hi Basilis,
    of course.
    Last month I volunteered my time to create a website for a historical society. The new website should have to be online yesterday (!). Unfortunately something is not working anymore with the Events Calendar Version 4.9.6. The event calendar was running fine until the last update. Now I can create new events, but the date is never saved. Are there conflicts with the API code of Google? What can I do?

    Hi Sonja,

    Please make a full website backup, unpack the theme version below using the password, and update the theme, it has a fix for the calendar. If you archive utility does not ask for the password, it will not unzip correctly.

    Hi Victoria,
    Unfortunately, it’s not working. I can’t get to the password query either. The error message is: The file could not be extracted from the archive. enfold/404.php.
    What can I do?

    Hi Victoria,

    I have a Mac OS 10.10.5.

    The upload didn’t work on another website I created either – just as a test. I tried also with OSX 10.13 – same error code.
    I use zip files or what do you mean with archive utilities?

    Hi Sonja,

    https://cl.ly/8f844730146a I am on a Mac too and only the Unarchiver asked for the password and unzipped the archive correctly.
