Enfold child theme shortcodes

Hi,
I have a client that has bought the Enfold theme. This is the purchase code: 38a8f487-49a7-4b35-882c-e12a193b5e0d
He has the 4.2.6 version installed. He wants me to upgrade it.
But, he has a child theme developed by other company (with which he doesn;t work anymore). The child theme has some additional shortcodes developed by that company.
Most of them still work after upgrading to version 4.7.5 but 2 of them are not. In the error log, the error is just e timeout error.
The client says he needs those 2 shortcodes.
So I have to “repair” them. I tried to compare with another shortcode from the child that works but I couldn’t find any obvious differences between the two.
Can you take a look and point me in the right direction?
