I uploaded the Child theme properly and I do not see it appearing in the Import/Export screen. Is it related to the latest version of Enfold. We have latest version installed. http://imgur.com/a/Xga2f
What do you mean with import/export screen? You just go to appearance -> themes and activate the child

Did you try activating your child theme like @mensmaximus suggested?
