    Hi,
    I’m also looking for a ready to use child theme for Enfold.
    Could you make it available?
    If not, could you please give an example for the functions.php and detailed instructions what to change?

    thanks a lot for your response and the link :)

    But I have got one more question, because the functions.php of your child-theme is very ‚simple‘.
    In your tutorial above the link you refer to the wordpress codex. There the functions.php is much more detailed.
    Aren’t there any drawbacks if I use your functions.php???

    Hi Martina,

    No there is not, the child theme file is only there to override the parent. That mean that both the parent and child theme files are applying to your site.
