    Hi,

    Our webdesigners used the Enfold Child Theme to set up our website.

    We would like to access the Enfold Child Theme Support, but we do not have the original Purchase Code from the designers.

    Could we still have access to the support even if we don’t have this Purchase Code? Please let me know.

    Hey Leslie,

    Thanks for reaching out. You need a valid purchase code to be able to register on the support forum, could you get that from the developers maybe? If not then I would recommend that you purchase a license of your own, since you won’t have access to any type of updates otherwise.
