    Hi,

    after the update suddently the setting options disappeared. I´ve first updated WP and then after my site messed up, I´ve updated Enfold manually over FTP and the problem has not been solved. Then I´ve copied the code snipped into “functions.php” and then deleted it because I tried to hard refresh the site and actually the site got normal then but the setting options still stayed away. Please take a look at the backend and help me to get the options back.

    can you please share for us FTP also?
    It might be useful to update the theme again.
    Please do let us know if you have done any changes to the theme also.

    Hi Basilis,

    please find attached the ftp login. There are some changes on the theme like header changes etc. in the functions.php and some Quick CSS snippets, but nothing new.

    Hi,

    Which specific options are not working? I checked the site and it looks fine. Did you update the header.php file in the child theme folder? Make sure that you’re using the latest version of that file.

    Thanks for your response!

    I mean the options in the area when you click on “Enfold Child” on the left side. Usually you have all the options for header, footer (colors, Quick CSS etc.) But they disappeared now. I can´t change things like Fonts, colors etc.

    I did the update over FTP directly into the folder “Enfold” and did not leave out a specific file like header.php or so. I just overwrote all files by the files which came with the update.

    What a pity not be able to upload a screenshot for you, then you would see it immeadiately..

    Hi again,

    I figured out, that when I disable the plugin “WPML CMS” it works and I see all the options again, but when I activate again the options disappear.
    I did not update the plugin, so what do you think, would it get fixed when I buy the update of WPML?
