    Das Eltern-Theme konnte nicht gefunden werden, obwohl dieses aktualisiert und hochgeladen ist.

    Fehlermeldung: Sie müssen das Eltern-Theme installieren, enfold, bevor Sie dieses Child-Theme benutzen können.

    Können Sie mir hier bitte weiterhelfen. Das Problem hatte ich bisher noch nie.

    Hallo Lars,

    That error message should only occur if the folder where the parent theme is uploaded to is not called ‘enfold’ exactly. Please check on the server via FTP to see what the name is, and if it’s not exactly ‘enfold’ then change it to that. Please export your theme settings before that though, since they will likely be lost if you change the name of the theme folder. If you need help with this then please post admin WordPress login details in private, and FTP login details as well.
