    I have updated my client’s website to the latest version of WordPress and I have the latest version of enfold. I did this on a staging environment on wpengine where I host the site.

    The left side of the child theme Navagation/Tabs to edit the theme are gone. I have remained on WordPress 4.9 for sometime because of this, but I must update now for other reasons, but now I got to get this issue resolved.

    Also the media library is not working, just a big blank page.

    Please help!

    Hi,

    I actually meant logins for staging site. Since issues are on the backend, we would need to see them to find what is causing the issues :)

    Hi,

    Thanks! We have not received it earlier.

    I logged into your site and i am redirected to my account page as well. This is related to one of the plugins you are using. Could you please de-activate all active plugins on your staging site and let us know? I believe the issues you are experiencing are also related to a plugin. Once they are all activated, we can confirm that and if that is the case, we can find the culprit by activating plugins one by one.
