    I’m running WordPress 4.41. The latest version….

    I can make changes, save them..and they appear on the front-end, but disappear and are invisible for editing on the advanced avia builder preview.

    This problem is site wide. I’m going to try to reinstall an older version of this child template to temporarily fix the problem.

    there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

    Also try to deactivate all plugins while testing.
