Enfold Built in Mail Chimp – Question about

We are using Enfold’s newletter option to gather mailchimp signups in the website footer. We would like to use a placeholder within the email input box instead of label. In the widget, a placeholder of ” (Email address hidden if logged out) ” is specified; however, how do we get this to show? I read that you have to go into your mailchimp element and go to the form styling tab and check the Hide Form Labels box. This will make the form use gray placeholder text instead. But since we are using Enfold newsletter option instead of a plugin, I don’t see this setting anywhere on the dashboard to do this. Is it done through the mailchimp account?
