    Hello people! Due to a virus on the server I can not access the Enfold panel to make a backup of the site layout
    Is there any way to get the backup in another way? ftp?

    Hey Tomas,

    Are you not able to access wp-admin at all? If so try the back-up option built into WP-All-In-One-Migration plugin.

    Hey Jordan, thanks for your answer.
    I can do a backup from Tools/Export from the WordPress panel but I cant access to the Enfold backup option. I need to backup the layout design…..fonts…colors…that plugin that you say works for me?

    Yes this will make a full back-up of your current WordPress set-up as is.
