    Hi guys –

I just updated to the newest version of enfold and now, my color section is no longer displaying the color.

    Please see http://codelessme.com/weightlossrebels/us/
I have the background color set to #ffaa00 and it is not displaying at all.

    UPDATE:

If I assign the main background image/color, then adding a color section applies no changes. It simply defaults to the main

    Hi!

If you would like to use Background color please do not use background image and it should work fine. Color section with ID of av_section_2 currently has both background image and background color. Once background image is disabled, background color ( which is #ffaa00 ) displays fine

    Cheers!

    Yigit,

I havn’t assigned an image and color to the color section. Please see this screenshot – http://imgur.com/9uiWXO7. As you will see, I have added the color only. The image is applied as a universal background, which I need for blog pages, forum bg, etc.

Trying to get this resolved as soon as I can.

    Thanks!

    Hi!

Please try adding following code to Quick CSS

    .avia-section { background: none; }

    Regards,

    That did it.

Why wouldn’t the color be applied automatically though? If this is the case, it is a bug that should be fixed in the core.

    Hi!

Have you added the background image via CSS?

    Cheers!

No, only via the style editor > main

I added the image and assigned left align repeat. This is the case for another site I did as well. I ended up applying color sections to each page to retain the background image in one section and background color in another.

    Hi!

Version 2.6.1 of Enfold will be released in few hours as Kriesi mentioned. Please update your theme when it releases and check if issue remains. If it does, let us know so we can report the issue to Kriesi

    Cheers!
