I logged on to my site this morning after noticing that the home page was missing a few things, such as the full width easy slider. Logged in I can’t access anything Enfold. Under the ‘Enfold’ customization part it doesn’t load the sidebar menu. The visual page editor doesn’t display either, and I can’t switch between that and default. Anything you can help me with will be much appreciated!

September 12, 2015 at 3:29 am #501922Hey!
Please update the theme to the latest version because the current version in your installation is not compatible with the latest version of WordPress. Latest version of the theme is 3.3.2.

September 14, 2015 at 5:53 am #502478Hey,
Your theme settings will be safe and your CSS will be too if you have added it in a child theme or in Quick CSS. If you have modified any core files in a parent theme they will be overwritten on updates and you will have to move them to a child theme to keep them safe: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/create-a-child-theme/

I do not have a child theme set up, but most of my edits were done in Quick CSS or the Enfold interface. Is there any way to keep those settings? I have nearly 2 years worth of customizations in there and don’t want to lose them all.
