March 14, 2015 at 2:04 am #411354Hey guys, long time no chat! Our server went down yesterday and in the process killed the theme’s backend. When I log in, the backend is just a white screen with blue hyperlinks with limited functionality. I have reinstalled the theme via the theme uploader and ftp but neither have worked. Would it be possible to help me out? I have provided information below. Thanks!
 – JulianMarch 15, 2015 at 2:44 am #411630Hi PaintedMidget! seems to me that you would need to delete all files from your server at first and then get a fresh copy of Enfold from your themeforest account. Regards,
AndyMarch 16, 2015 at 4:54 am #411851Hey Andy, Will deleting the theme files from the server alter any changes I’ve made to the colors/custom css etc. in enfold? Thanks so much for the help! – Julian March 16, 2015 at 5:02 am #411854Wanted to add… I have replaced enfold with a new version through ftp. I have not gone through, completely deleted enfold, then reuploaded it. Al\was just select “Replace All” on current files. For some reason, not all theme files receive an updated date and time, indicating maybe they haven’t been updated. I have had my webhost repair file permissions, but this does not do anything. I hope completely deleting enfold, then reuploading it, will fix this. Just want to ensure it will not alter my changes to the colors, css, etc… Thanks!!
