On this page http://nyt-hesteliv.dk/dyrevaernssager/ I used Avia to make a number of Catalogue entries (at the bottom). All of a sudden, the items disappeared in the backend. I can see the Catalogue, but when I click on it, the entries are not there. They are still visible in the frontend (or rather – one is. I think my client deleted some…). I had my programmer guy look into it, and he could not solve it.
My client has started doing a work-around, but of course the problem needs to be solved.

    Hey!

The items are totally gone but I’m not sure how and the only way that you can recover it is from a backup. Do you have a backup of the site? Please ask your hosting provider.

    Regards,
    Ismael

Yes I have backups, but it is strange that I can see it online, but not in the backend.
    You haven’t seen that before?
I would hate to ask my client to restore – just to see it disappear again…, so it would be nice to know what caused it.

    Hi,

I couldn’t find any similar issue on the forum, however I noticed that the if you add a new catalogue and save it, it doesn’t seem to show up in the backend after saving though it’s showing on the frontend, also the Item Link setting is not showing up when you try to edit. Also there’s this error in the console: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘toString’ of null which might be one of the cause. Can you try to re-update the theme and also try to disable all plugins and check if the issue still persists or fixed.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
