Enfold Avia Builder Technical Issue

Hi Kriesi. I`m having some serious problem with my site. Im running latest version of wp and enfold. The avia builder loads some times, and other times it doesn’t load or it may even be “overloading” the server till it “crashes”: “Safari can’t open the page.”
Every time I try to make any change in a page (you may try it yourself), it may or may not load the builder or it may even bring the site down.
I send you the url and admin user to see if you can reproduce that issue.

Another problem I see is that when Im in the homepage, the wp menu doesn’t says “Edit Frontpage”. It just says “Edit Page”
