I am having a problem with sales prices in woocommerce. I want 5 products to have a sales price in a spesific timeframe. The 5 products show up with a sales tag and a before and now price. The price is set to 20% off in a two week timeframe.
The problem is that it also takes 20% off all other products as well, but not showing a sales tag or before and now prices. These products has not been given a new price in the backend. The system just started showing prices in the frontend. And only when you are logged out of WP. When you log in the prices show correctly.
I have now removed all the sales prices and set the prices back to the regular price. And now all products show 20% off. And only when logged out. This is not good for business.
Anyone come across this problem before? Any help would be appreciated.
Regards

Thank you for the inquiry.
Where can we see the issue? Please post the site URL in the private field. Did you install any third party shop extensions, and have you tried disabling them temporarily?
Best regards,

First off, I am not sure if this is an Enfold issue, just wondering if anyone using WooCommerce with Enfold has come across this issue.
I have tried disabling all plugins but nothing works. I am testing different things at the moment.
Putting the url in private field. The first product to show up has a price of 359, it should be 449. And in the backend the price is right. Which also means that when i log in I don’t see anything wrong. When I am logged in i see the correct price both frontend and backend.
This really is a mystery to me.Regards

Thank you for the update.
We can see the issue but we are not yet sure what is causing it. The html looks correct and we do not see any kind of errors. Did you install any third party extensions for the shop page? One of the plugins might be adjusting the price for certain products.
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 15, 2022 at 1:31 pm #1340692I downloaded the site to do a conflict test. I switched themes and tried with both Storefront and twentytwentytwo, and the problem was still there. I also disabled all the plugins, except WooCommerse itself, no change. So as far as I can tell, Enfold does not seem to be the problem. If anything comes up, I will let you know.
February 16, 2022 at 2:49 pm #1340911Finally got it solved. It was a settings issue, but since the site was working fine for three months and then this error happend I had noe idea on what to tweak or change. WooCommerce support came ut with the solution. So case closed. Thanks for suggestions and support.
