I have the most recent version of Enfold, WooCommerce and the Price Measurement Calculator installed. If the PMC plugin is active, I can’t add anything to the cart I get a lil javascript popup that says “Please match the requested format. Qty.”. I’m assuming it has to do with the known issues. Again…this error only presents itself when Enfold is the active theme and the PMC plugin is active. It doesn’t happen with the default theme, etc.
If necessary to help, I can setup a demo site and give an Enfold dev access if it helps to track down the exact cause. To get around it, I’ve just set said products to variable products with common dimensions and then have a note to request a quote for others, but that PMC plugin is literally the only plugin I have ever found that works best for selling items whose prices are dimension based….like custom poster printing.

I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

VinayJuly 12, 2016 at 2:37 am #659614Well…if the issue is the theme, then contacting WooCommerce would be pointless. The issue I am describing is a script issue and there are many such issues with Enfold right now when it comes to WooCommerce. Plus….the whole idea of paying for a premium theme that touts WooCommerce compatibility would be that the theme has a focus on continuing that compatibility. I’ve never once have heard of any WordPress plugin that tries to stay compatible with every single theme out there….that’d be impossible.
Regardless…I think it would be something worth looking into as when said plugin is active, you cannot add any product to your cart without that error…even if said product doesn’t use that pricing method. Logically, if this were a plugin issue, it would be something that happens on every theme…and it doesn’t.
July 14, 2016 at 3:10 pm #660877Hi,
Have you applied this workaround – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/woocommerce-2-6-problem-urgent/#post-650161 and check if that helps? If not, please do create a testing environment and post credentials here privately so we can look into it.
Best regards,
