    Hi,

    die aktuelle Enfold Version gibt Fehler mit dem Plugin “Opt-Out Facebook Pixel (DSGVO / GDPR)” aus. Könnt ihr mal drauf schauen?

    Hi Peter,

    über dem Logo steht der “Opt-Out” Code, den wir im Plugin hinterlegt haben. Das Menü verschiebt sich beim scrollen seltsam und unter Android wird das Vimeo Video nicht angezeigt. Schalte ich das Plugin aus, ist alles normal.

    Which “Opt-Out” Code do you mean? External plugin or Enfolds?

    Hi Victoria,

    I mean the code in the corner (top – left) and the problem with the Main menu Bar. I put some screens in the private Content Area and I’ll give you access to WP.

    That is not Enfolds, Facebook Pixel Opt-Out plugin is printing it out. Please check the settings and clear the cache.

    okay. But the Plugin works with other Themes I guess. In that case you can’t help?

    Hi,
    The reason why the plugin doesn’t work is you didn’t set it up properly. You can’t just paste the Pixel ID into the code field but you must use the entire pixel code (api reference: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-pixel/api-reference ). The plugin couldn’t handle the Pixel ID and just printed it out as plain text – and this text also broke your layout. I now added the api code from the api reference.
