Hi,
We are using Events Calendar Pro on our website and it is working really well, except there is an issue when viewed in Safari.
In Safari (desktop or laptop) our events grid displays in a single column instead of three columns. See my test page using the shortcode [tribe_events view=”day”]. https://chiswickcalendar.co.uk/test-grid/
I have tested the site, with custom CSS and plugins deactivated. The problem persists.
However if I switch to Twenty Nineteen I see the correct three columns.
Please can you help.
Best Regards,
Fionadee
Hey Fionadee,
This is an issue of Safari and unfortunately there is not something we can do about this.
Best regards,
Basilis
Hi Basilis,
We have resolved the problem by using Yigit’s suggested fix for Gravity Forms not displaying in Safari.
After discovering an additional problem in Safari with Gravity forms I found this:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/gravity-form-no-longer-showing-in-safari-browser/
Yigit’s suggestion on replacing /enfold/js/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js worked for both Gravity Forms and the Events Calendar Pro problem. They are now both showing in Safari as expected:
https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_6_3/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js
I hope this fix will be included in the next update.
Best regards
Fionadee
