I tried to make a multilingual site using qTranslate X, the blogposts do translate but the ‘normal’ pages not. For the blogposts I use the default editor so I guess it has to do with the Avia editor. There is a possibility to add classes to qTranslate X to translate these blocks too, I tried various but no sigar..
Any insights would be appriciated!

I’ve never used QTranslate before. Can you send us a WordPress login so we can take a closer look?
Have you considered WPML? It’s a lot more popular than QTranslate and we have taken steps to make sure it’s compatible with our framework.

qTranslate is unfortunately not compatible with Advanced Layout Builder and may cause other issues using default editor. As Elliott mentioned, Enfold is fully compatible with WPML and it is a lot simpler than qTranslate ( used it before )

Thanx for the update, Elliot is looking at it but he also is a big fan of WPML…so if he can not find the cure that will be the answer :-)

Hmm, yes it looks like it’s going to take too much work to get it compatible. I was thinking you might be able to get it working in our avia layout editor with the Qtranslate quick tags.
<!--:en-->Hello<!--:--><!--:es-->Hola<!--:-->
Or..
[:en]test[:tr]deneme prints as it is.
But when I installed the plugin on my XAMPP setup it was also causing javascript errors so I don’t think that is going to be feasible.
Cheers!
