    Hi Support

    I have nextgen running on a few other themes without any problem
    With Enfold on a cell phone/chrome/android i get the following error “Gallery could not load”
    have tried several other browsers and same error
    Please can you have a look / advice what i should do
    I have read somewhere i should disable the lightbox on enfold and/or Nextgen
    I cannot see where to disable lightbox on either plugin and am not using that feature

    I tried to login once and got following error

    
ERROR: Too many failed login attempts. Please try again in 167 hours.

    Please go to Enfold theme options > Performance > Self Hosted Videos And Audio Features (WP-Mediaelement Scripts) and choose “always load media features” and check if that helps :)

    Hi sorry about login limit
    I have turned off the limit login
    and below is a new password
    i did just try what you suggested and a few other settings on that page

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    Where can we check one of the galleries? We disabled the Lightbox Modal Window option in the Enfold > Theme Options. Let us know if this helps.

    Thanks so much
    But still not working
    There is a gallery on the front page https://www.hanswilreker.com/
    or any of the pages down the menu called gallery
    what is important to remember it works perfectly on any desktop
    it is on a cell phone i have tried a few that i get the error “Gallery could not load”

    Hi,

    We can reproduce the issue on a browse emulation but can’t find any errors or info in the browser console. After a few tries, we get these errors but they don’t seem to be related to the gallery.

    Have you tried asking the plugin developers about the issue? They should be able to provide you with more info about the error.

    I think its sorted Nextgen came back with this for the css

    .galleria-stage { height:calc(100% – 95px) !important; }
