    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
    wir haben derzeit 68 Enfold Lizenzen.
    Davon zeigen 28 ein mögliches Update nicht automatisch an und lassen sich auch manuell im Theme nicht updaten.

    Dies erschwert uns unsere Arbeit sehr und wir wären für eine schnelle Lösung dankbar!

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist api.envato.com. They might be blocking it for security reasons.

    Another user who was having the same issue contacted their hosting provider and replied:

    our hoster has updated the Linux distribution of the server.
    The cause of the problem was probably the incompatibilities of the versions of OpenSSL with cURL.

    Now the token API works :-)

    Hello Rikard,
    this plugin doesn’t work, I get the following error message:
    Incorrect token permissions, please generate another token or fix the permissions on the existing token.

    Please ensure only the following permissions are enabled:

    View and search Envato sites
    Download your purchased items
    List purchases you’ve made

    Additional Error Details:
    Found too many permissions on token..

    []

    Hi Peter,

    Thanks for the info. Could you try adjusting the permissions for your token to see if that helps? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5. If that doesn’t work then I would try to reach out to Envato support as well, we are not very good with the error messages from their system. They should be able to help you out faster with that.
