The username that you provided above is not valid. Please check the info carefully. Regarding the theme registration, please ask your colleague for the purchase code so that you can register an account here in the forum.

You should also update the theme to version 4.9.1 as soon as possible, then toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings afterwards.

Thanks for the update, please let us know when we can access your installation. If you want us to update the site for you, then please share FTP login details in private as well, and verify that you have backups of your site.

The update most likely doesn’t break anything, but the files you are overriding in your child theme(?) needs to be updated, since the structure in the parent theme file has changed. If you need help with fixing that, then we need access to both WordPress and FTP. Also please verify that you have backups of the site.

Thank you for the info.

We are able to login to the site but we always get redirected to a 2-Factor authentication setup page. Unfortunately, we cannot continue with this because we don’t have access to the email address used for this account. WordPress will probably send the authentication or confirmation in that email if we continue. Please disable the 2-Factor authentication plugin temporarily or just provide the administrator account that you are currently using.

Thanks for that. The WordPress and FTP login details are working, but I’m only seeing an empty folder in the FTP account. Could you make sure that the account you sent us has the correct permissions please? Otherwise we can’t see or change any files on your server.

Thanks for that, the FTP account works as it should now. I’ve updated the theme for you, then added the new versions of header.php and footer.php in your child theme, and the footer works as it should after that. If you need to access your old files, then they are still available in the child theme.
