    Hallo,

    ich habe genau den selben Fehler. Der Layout Editor lädt immer (auch 4 Stunden wenn ich warte). Ausserdem kann ich z.B. keine Buttons wie die Optionen anklicken oder den Update-Button vom Enfold Theme.

    Hab darum wie oeben beschrieben bereits Update via FTP auf 3.0.2 gemacht. Auch alle Plugins deaktiviert, trotzdem immer noch der selbe Fehler.

    Was soll ich noch tun ? Oder mag sich jemand vom Team mal in mein Dashboard einloggen und kucken ?

    Soll ich einen eigenen Thread aufmachen, oder gilt die Antwort auch für mich ?

    Ich habe WP bereits 2 mal neu Installiert. Immer noch das selbe Problem. Komischerweise ist seit dem Problem auch mein Menü am Handy (mobile version) weg.

    How to update the theme to the latest version? I don’t see any link – neither on themeforest nor in WP… I see the spinning wheel to – can’t edit any page ‘cos of that.

    Hi Josue and Yigit,

    I must admit this is all little bit overwhelming as it is not as simple as the man in the video says. I discuss the issue with an IT man and he wanted to charge me $500 yes. I don’t think that would be necessary, I was hoping you would be able to assist or help? PLEASE.

    The issue I had with the video is that My Filezila wasn’t conecting so I upload the zip into my c Panel but I don’t know if it is in correct folder. I think I am little panicking as I don’t want to have to create the new content due to losing everything by silly mistake. I am cool and good in using the theme to fill it with content but I am not IT and all the FTP etc are so unfamiliar to me.

    Thank you any help is appreciated

    Hey Petr!

    FTP access works but i’m only seeing an empty folder, you’d need to change that for my account. Also, please upload the Enfold .zip file somewhere in your server.
