I just updated to Enfold Version: 4.7.6.2 and am having a few issues.
First, when I go to Enfold in my admin console, it no longer shows me the theme’s menus along the left side. Instead it has a theme option menu at the top, but it doesn’t work… it just stays on the 1st page (general layout) when I click any of the dropdown menu items.
Next, in my portfolio items I have some that have more than one page, but when you click on the #2 to go to the second page, it just reopens page 1.
Funny thing is I tested the new Enfold version on my staging server before building to production and the menu issue didn’t happen there.
I’ve purchased several copies of the theme for different sites, so would like to make sure this is working well prior to changing over the other sites.
Thank you!August 13, 2020 at 12:32 pm #1237391bei mir das gleiche Phänimen, die Admin des Themes enfold fun ktioniert nihct mehr. Nutze wp5.5

August 13, 2020 at 2:31 pm #1237430Hi ceart,
I cannot see your website, all the links you shared get redirected to the http://127.0.0.1/ url. Do you have some redirection going on?
Best regards,

Very sorry to hear about your husband, I hope he gets better soon. I have a dynamic IP and so cannot really give it to you. The redirect is still happening on my end.

VictoriaOctober 20, 2020 at 8:55 pm #1254442Any thoughts here? I’m having the same issue. Since update, the Enfold theme menu in WP admin area does not display. Works fine on my local, but not on production. DB’s are identical, as are plugins.
Looks like issue with JQuery.
Errors in console:
Uncaught TypeError: createElementButton.live is not a function
/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/js/avia_dynamic_templates.js?ver=5.0:52Uncaught TypeError: s is undefined
/wp-includes/js/wp-auth-check.min.js?ver=5.5.1:2October 21, 2020 at 5:54 pm #1254728Hi dhfairbairn,
The lost Theme Options menu is caused by WordPress 5.5 which has removed jQuery migrate which is used by Enfold 4.7.6.1 and below.
To temporarily fix this, you can install and activate this plugin: Enable jQuery Migrate Helper
This issue is addressed in the latest version of Enfold (if you plan to update now then make a backup first), once updated you can safely remove the plugin unless it’s other plugins also use jQuery Migrate file.Best regards,
