    We have a problem in installing Enfold theme, converting from our “old” theme to the Enfold theme,which we have bought june the 28. The person that makes our web site can’t download the theme, because he says it should be installed the same day as it is bought, can this be true. Can you help us.

    Hi uhrenybaek,

    That is not true no, you should be able to download the theme files from the Themeforest account you bought it with. Could you try that please?
