    I am getting a 503 each time I activate the Enfold Version: 4.4.1 theme, but this is never an issue on any of the other themes.
    The website is on a shared server with the following specifications.

    PHP Version 7.1.18
    MySQL Version 10.2.15-MariaDB

    I actually have an Enfold Version: 4.3.2 theme installed on the same server, but a different site and that has no issues at all.
    I have included my login info for your review.

    Hey pitanu,

    Sorry for the problems. Could you try to completely remove the theme folder from the server, then re-upload the new version to see if that helps?

    Thanks for the feedback. A 503 error means that the server is temporarily unavailable: https://www.lifewire.com/503-service-unavailable-explained-2622940, could you try contacting your hosting provider to see why you are getting that error please?

    You guys are seriously lazy in assisting a client, the two responses I’ve received from you are a total waste of time. The guys from Rocket Theme are way better in assisting with any issues I’ve ever had.
