Hi
With Enfold 5.0 animations are now also visible on mobile. Unfortunately the animations (e.g. from bottom to top in columns) do not behave as desired resp. as on desktop. If a column contains e.g. text, it is already visible while scrolling and only then the animation starts. This looks like it is done twice and is very annoying. Not like on desktop – there the text appears only with the animation.We have this behavior on all Enfold installations with version 5.0. Sure, we can disable animations on Mobile again, but we love it :-)
Thanks for your review.
Regards, Mike

Could you post a link to where we can see this problem on your actual site please?
Best regards,
RikardJune 16, 2022 at 2:30 pm #1355502sure, see link in Private Content..
The effect occurs only with text. With images only when scrolling fast.

MikeJune 18, 2022 at 7:54 pm #1355710Hi,
Thank you for your patience, please try this code in the General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field or in the WordPress ▸ Customize ▸ Additional CSS field:.avia_transform .av-animated-generic { opacity: 0; }
After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.

MikeJune 19, 2022 at 12:44 pm #1355756Hi Mike
Thank you for your reply. This works well. But a general question: is this a bug in Enfold 5.0 and will it be fixed in a next version? We think all users will consider this as not correct behavior.And: the background prarallax behavior in color sections is a bit jerky on mobile. We use iPhones 13 Pro. Normal?
One last note: what is actually the difference between the animation “from bottom to top” and the new “fade in up”? They actually behave the same.
Thanks for your reply.

MikeJune 20, 2022 at 11:55 am #1355830Hi,
Glad that this helped, I reported this to the Dev Team for their review for the next update.
I don’t have an iPhone to test the background prarallax behavior, but I’m not seeing this on an Android, are you seeing this on this demo?Best regards,
MikeJune 20, 2022 at 1:38 pm #1355841Hi Mike
Ok, thanks for forwarding.
Regarding parallax on color section: yes, slight judder on mobile, so same as on our websites. That’s ok. BTW: But the first three parallax boxes in the new parallax demo (Planning & Consulting, Design & Production and Shipping & Managing) are quite jerky when scrolling (on my iPhone 13).Best regards,
MikeJune 20, 2022 at 11:08 pm #1355905Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, on our demo can you be specific which section you see the jerky when scrolling behavior and include a screencast of it, I would like to submit it to the Dev Team for review.
Since you see it on our demo it would be better to have the Dev Team check this since it is a controlled environment, thanks.Best regards,
MikeJune 21, 2022 at 9:41 am #1355962Hi Mike,
I noticed it in the first section (the first three animated boxes). On iPhone 13 iOS 15.5 Safari.

June 21, 2022 at 12:45 pm #1355995Hi,
Thanks for the screencast, but I don’t see any jerky behavior when scrolling, it looks like the page was swiped 7 times in the video, and in each swipe the parallax behaved smoothly during the scroll.
But I have submitted this to the team for review, Thank you for your patience.Best regards,
MikeJune 21, 2022 at 1:15 pm #1356005Hi Mike,
I don’t know if we are talking about the same thing. In the video it is clearly visible that the three boxes with the titles “Planning & Consulting”, “Design & Production” and “Shipping & Managing”) do not run smoothly on mobile (iOS Safari). They move stuttering after each swipe. But maybe I feel differently than you.Thanks for forwarding.

Me again.. Any news on that?Thx

MikeAugust 27, 2022 at 2:07 pm #1362929Hi,
Unfortunately, the team was unable to reproduce the issue on your site with their iPhones, but they recommend applying a maximum height to the column. This will prevent the whole content from jumping on scroll.
I personally don’t have an iPhone, but since we have not had any other reports of this, perhaps is an iPhone 13 specific issue?Best regards,
MikeAugust 27, 2022 at 4:11 pm #1362941Hi
Currently you don’t see the effect, because according to your instructions I added the following code in Quick CSS:.avia_transform .av-animated-generic {
opacity: 0;
}We have now hidden this code again and the wrong effect is back. Also on an iPhone 11 Pro. We would like you to check it again now. It can hardly be that only we see this effect.
Thank you for checking again.

August 30, 2022 at 3:23 pm #1363219Hi Mike
We have updated all installations to Enfold 5.1.1. Now the effect is no longer visible. Why this occurred is now probably impossible to find out. But anyway, the thread can be closed.
