VictoriaMarch 12, 2021 at 7:37 pm #1287856Hi Victoria,
thank you for your prompt reply.I have made the following settings: s1.jpg
According to the settings, the submenue should disappear, when the screen has a small size and therefore is showing the burger main menue.
(For big screens and normal main menue the submenue shall be shown always. This is working.)s2.jpg shows the submenue at the top of the site (this is also fine)
s3.jpg shows the same site, but scrolled down. In this case the submenue should disappear for small screen sizes with burger main menue.
Thanks for helping
and best regards, KritzfredMarch 13, 2021 at 12:18 pm #1287935Hi, I have the same problem.
Can you help us?
ThanksMarch 13, 2021 at 2:32 pm #1287988Hi Kritzfred,
Thank you for clarifying.
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Actually, you only have 2 menu items in this case and I think it’s better without the burger, the user does not have to click to see the menu and is not confused by 2 burger menus.

thank you for your reply.
Maybe, I have not described the problem comprehensible. Therefore I try it again:
I do not want to get a second burger menue. I just want to have the same state as before the update. In the backend, the submenue shows the following toolbox, which I have turned on:
“Angeheftetes Untermenü:
Wenn angewählt, wird das Menü am oberen Rand der Seite angeheftet, sobald es diese berührt. Diese Option wird ignoriert, wenn das Burger-Menüsymbol angezeigt wird.”The first part is working, but what is not working anymore after the update is this part:
“Diese Option wird ignoriert, wenn das Burger-Menüsymbol angezeigt wird.”
(ignoring stickyness of submenue while showing burger main menu)This means: Everything is fine, when the normal main menu is shown. Then the submenue is sticky.
But for small screens, when the main menu is changing into the burger menu, the submenu should not be sticky anymore. It should be scrolled out of the screen with the other site content. Instead it is still sticky. This is not how it was before the update and is not, what the toolbox is promising.
This problem occures on all sites:
Thank you in advance.

Thank you for clarifying. Have you tried clearing the cache and disabling the css and JavaScript merging?

VictoriaMarch 16, 2021 at 7:26 pm #1288606Hi Victoria,
I just tried your suggestions, but it did not help. Nothing changed.

Hope you will find the bug.
Best regards.March 20, 2021 at 8:49 am #1289308Hi Kritzfred,
Thanks for the update. I’ve tried to reproduce your problem on a test site, but I haven’t been able to do so, please see private. That means that the problem is likely local to your site. Could you post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at it please?
Best regards,
RikardMarch 22, 2021 at 11:20 am #1289591Hi Rikard,
thanks for your reply. You are right, this seems to be a local problem. Please find admin details in private area.
Best regards.
March 25, 2021 at 7:40 am #1290315Hi,
Thanks for the login details. I can’t see anything which would cause that to happen unfortunately. I tried removing all your custom CSS, but the behaviour is still the same after that. I see that your child theme is empty as well, so the problem is likely not coming from there either.
Could you try disabling all plugins, to see if that changes anything please? If not, then please try to upload a fresh version of the theme via FTP.
Best regards,
