I just get the spinning circle from your theme (since I enabled that, otherwise it would be white screen). Back end works fine. Error included here. Please advise as our store site is down!!!

August 12, 2020 at 3:16 pm #1237010Yes, I’ve had errors the last 3-4 updates, and all I get is Kriesi does not know what is happening. Comforting. Kriesi, you need to step this up before you start losing customers. Please advise ASAP.

RikardAugust 13, 2020 at 10:19 pm #1237576Strangely, got it running again by working with hosts cache plugin (SG Optimizer). Seems a conflict somewhere with your theme and their plugin. And it happens every time I upgrade Enfold….
August 15, 2020 at 7:35 am #1237990Hi Illingco,
Thanks for the update, I’m glad that you got things working again. Maybe you could try clearing the cache from the plugin in question and leave it disabled on the next update to see if that changes anything? As far as I know you are the only one of our customers experiencing this particular problems, so it’s likely that the cause of it is due to something local on your site.
Best regards,
Rikard -
