    Hey guys,

    i am running Enfold 4.6.3.1 and also having the issue with the contact form that says: “This contact form is deactivated because you refused to accept Google reCaptcha service which is necessary to validate any messages sent by the form.”

    Under “Datenschutz & Cookies” \ “Cookie Handling and Cookie Consent Messages” i have the following options selected:
    – Enable cookie consent messages
    – all cookies and services are accepted on first page load, user can opt out

    The issue can be seen at the private content.
    The onboard anti-spam function (1 + 1 = ?) is also displayed outside of the field.

    I checked other threads and couldn’t find a solution. It was also said there i should better open a separate ticket on this.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay. It seems to be an issue with the merged stylesheets. Please deactivate all file minification features including the compression in the theme, and the cache plugins temporarily. That should help load all the necessary scripts and fix the issue.

    Hi!

    I do not have any cache plugins installed.
    As per your advice i have deactivated the file compression settings under “Leistung” in the Enfold settings. Those two are now deactivated “CSS-Datei-Zusammenführung und -Komprimierung” & “Zusammenführen und Komprimieren von Javascript-Dateien”. Are those the settings you meant? If no, please give us more details on where to exactly find them.

    The issue is still persisting also after purging the browser cache.

    Hi!
    I found a solution: I removed custom mailchimp HTML-fields and now the issues is gone.
