Hi,
I am trying to set up a site with a front page and some sub-pages (not yet online but on my local server).
The front page has 4 sections and 4 anchors to scroll to each of them when clicked on the top menu.
First problem: the active menu indicator does not show under the targeted menu item but under the previous one.
Second problem: the headlines of the sections disappear under the fixed header when returning to the main page from a sub-page. I can manage this with margin-top on a desktop browser, but I did not find any solution for a correct navigation on mobile devices.
The menu links are the complete URL to the anchor (http//site name/#anchor).
I am testing with Firefox, Opera and Safari. WordPress 5.2.3,
Enfold 4.6.1.
The advices I could find on this forum did not solve my problems.
Could somebody help, please?
Hey Josquin74,
Thank you for the update.
Are you using the Screen Options to hide certain sections in the page? Please make sure that the ID or anchor name of the sections are unique. Unfortunately, we will not be able to help you further without access to the site. Let us know once an online staging site is ready.
Best regards,
Ismael
