Hi,
We have the latest version of Enfold 4.5
When we open pages with Layer Slider (Often it seems to be on the FIRST TIME LOAD) we get a Multiple jQuery issue with a big red bar at the top of the page and the layer slider fails to open.
Subsequent page opens it seems to work fine.
I have screen shots available if necessary.
I’ve seen suggestions to fix this as being……..
“….LayerSlider WP: jQuery Transit issue It looks like one of your other plugins also uses jQuery Transit and loads an extra copy of this library which can cause issues. Please navigate on your WordPress admin area to edit this slider and enable the “Put JS includes to body” option in your Global Settings under the Troubleshooting section…..”
But not sure if this is correct as I cant see that specific section in the Layerslider Troublshooting section.
Can you assist please?
Thanks in advance

Sorry for the late reply. Did you try to disable all plugins to see if there is a conflict like the message says? If that is not the problem then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,

We’ve not been able to find what’s causing this “Multiple JQuery” Error.
Can you help please? I’ve attached admin logins
Thanks in advance
CameronJanuary 19, 2019 at 7:26 am #1055789Hi Cameron,
Thanks for the update and login details, did you try to deactivate all plugin? The Autoptimize plugin could be responsible for that problem for instance. If not then are we allowed to deactivate plugins for testing purposes?
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 20, 2019 at 11:56 pm #1056357Hi Rikard,
I don’t think ALL of the plugins have been deactivated to test this, but yes, please go ahead and temporarily deactivate what you need to, to find out what’s causing the issue.
Thanks in advance for your help
regards

Thanks for that, I deactivated Autoptimze and Ontrapage and now the Academy page is loading as it should. Maybe you could find alternatives for those plugins? There are plenty of caching plugins out there so it should not be a problem with Autoptimize, I’m not so sure about Ontrapage though.
Best regards,

Thanks. We have seen the issue persist intermittently, so we’ll keep an eye on that and hopefully it stays gone.
Appreciate your help with this, thanks again.
Kind regards
