I keep getting this message:
Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:
Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
I followed your instructions but the tokens are not working for any of my enfold sites?

I updated the tokens and ended up putting an extra tick in the checkbox: Verify Purchases You’ve Made (this wasn’t in your instructions which only suggested ticking 6 checkboxes).
24 hours later I checked and by adding this extra tick seems to have worked for all 7 of my Enfold purchases now.
I am surprised however no one responded to this ticket :-( which for me is a first.

Sorry for the late reply! Our devs suspect that Envato stores cookies with login data/connection data in the browser and therefore might block requests. Trying in incognito mode – https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en helped other users who had the same issue so please try that :)

Hey,
after the new update 4.5 the submenus on my website are no longer working. I tried to delete it and make it new. But there was no change.
The intern navigation link with #name is no longer working.
I don`t know what happend. What is your suggestion to repare that function. But a navigation, which is not working is not good.
