    Hi,
    Wpengine     has upgraded all sites to php 7.2 and we are having issues with the Avia builder not loading. On the live site the Enfold version is 3.5.4, so the first course of action was to deploy the site to staging and upgrade to 4.5.5. However we are seeing a 500 server error after upgrade. Wpengine seems to have tracked down the error (in private content)

    Hi,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Did you update the theme manually via FTP? Some of files were probably duplicated after the update. You have to remove the theme folder completely before uploading the latest version.
