    Hi Support.

    I noticed my Enfold was not updated as I was on 3.5.2
    When I updated, my conditional pricing in gravity forms stopped working.

    Debug didn’t pick anything up; any idea where to start?

    Hey Joel,

    Was the spacing based on css? Did you use a child theme? If you didn’t use a child theme and the css wasn’t retained the only option may be to just re-do it.

    We’re using CSS styling for the form fields placement. Plugin called Gravity Forms CSS Ready Class Selector

    Any suggestions?

    I disabled the CSS plugin so there is no additional CSS on the form.
    Then flipped back to new Enfold.
    Still same issue.

    FYI:

    Hi alamedawaterpolo,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi all

    the situation is now worse.
    No longer does rolling back to 3.5.2 work. The gravity forms conditional logic does not work, thus the site is down.

    Would you please make a priority to look into this matter?

    Hi Joel,

    Yes, we like to help you as soon as we can but we do need admin and ftp access.
    The admin access still doesn’t work.
    I have checked your site and it’s up on my end, is this already fixed?
