HI
I am working on some update to a site. I have updated the site to the later version of WordPress 4.9.2 and Enfold 4.2 but the Mobile Menu has disappeared. I have managed to narrow it down to a clash with a plugin. The plugin is “Dynamic Menu Manager” which gives me different menus for different sections of the site. It’s not a plug-in I can permanently turn off because the site has 3 distinct section with 3 different menus.Does anyone know of a fix for this or is the best option to revert back to the previous version of Enfold that I was using on this site which was 3.1 ?
Many Thanks
Regards

I wouldn’t recommend going back to 3.1 since that is very old. Do you really have to use that plugin? There are other ways of creating multiple menus, maybe you could try using widgets instead?

We definitely need 3 different menus but if there is another way of doing it with widgets I don’t mind doing it that way if it means we can upgrade to version 4.2
How do you create different menus with widgets? Is there a tutorial?
Many Thanks

You can use the Navigation Menu widget for instance? You can simply drag and drop that to a sidebar or use it inside of a Widget Area element in the Layout Builder. You can create new menus under Appearance->Menus.
I’m not sure what requirements you have though, so if you should need any further help then please post a link to your site and point out the menus there.

My menus are in the header not the sidebar. So I have different menus in the header for different pages. That is why I am using the plugin “Dynamic Menu Manager” I don’t know another way of doing it.

You can add widgets to the header as well: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/

I sometimes use widgets in the header using that exact ncode. It allows me to add text/images into the header which is great. I don’t know how I would be able to replace the navigation on different pages using the header code though.
