I’m running a fresh install of 3.9.1, all plugins dissabled.
Selecting different post types is doing nothing.
i.e. Standard, Link, Gallery, Video etc… when selected make no changes to the post layout. I thought custom styling paramters should appear?
I have checked this on safari and chrome and on another website running Enfold 3.9.1 and have same issue.
Any ideas?
Cheers,
Sean.

‘Custom styles’ will appear, but these are determined by the Blog style you’ve chose in the Theme Options, for example:

JosueJuly 31, 2014 at 3:23 am #298068The custom styles are listed as you can see in the scfreen capture above, but selecting them changes nothing.
Blog settings are as per screen grab below:
July 31, 2014 at 4:10 am #298075Can you post a screenshot of the view of the blogpage?
July 31, 2014 at 4:27 am #298085The blog page is fine, it is the individual blog entries that are not.
In the first screengrab i posted you can see i have selected ‘Gallery’ as the custom post type and it has NO effect. I see no further options regardless of what custom post type i select.

To set a gallery to a gallery post element go to Insert Media > Create a Gallery > Insert Gallery, once you done that the gallery should appear like this in the frontend:
Best regards,
JosueJuly 31, 2014 at 4:38 am #298089It works the same for the remaining post types, Enfold will try to grab the first piece of content, for example for a Video element, put the link of the video as the first line:
July 31, 2014 at 4:54 am #298092I seem to recall that selecting the different post types would show further options beneath the edit window.
i.e. the “Quote” post style would reveal a box with Quote Author, Quote & Link. When i select Quote now, as with when i select any custom posts style, nothing happens.

That’s a valid feedback, however i’m not sure if that’s possible within WordPress boundaries (Post Types is a WP native feature), feel free to request it here as an improvement.
Best regards,
Josue -
